On Thursday 10/06/2010 Dr.Shokri Ghanem , NOC’s Chairman met with Mr. Sanuusi the Indonesian ambassador to Libya. During the meeting both parties discussed the activities of the Indonesia companies in Libya and the ways of promoting the special relations between both countries in the field of oil and gas . Dr.Shokri assured that the door is open for Indonesian companies to work in the oil and gas sector in Libya also meeting on the other hand Dr.Shokri met with Mr. Jamal Ahmed Khan, Islamic Pakistani ambassador to Libya. |

News Agencies... British oil group BP said On Monday that it has spent one billion and 250 million dollars so far in trying to control the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. Dr. Ghanem said in a telephone conversation with the agency that up to date OPEC can not take any action ... prices reached 87 dollars per barrel and then fell to 67 dollars a barrel, then returned to the level of 70 dollars .. So we can say that the market is volatile in prices and must therefore wait to see whether this curve is real or not. |
